We want your little monsters to love every bite of our Wellness Monster Snacks, and if they’re not feeling the snack magic, we’ve got your back with our First-Taste Guarantee.

If it’s your first purchase, and you’re not 100% happy, just reach out within 30 days of your order and we’ll arrange a full refund to your original payment method—no returns required, no stress, no guilt trips.

How to Request a Refund

Send us a quick email at hello@wellnessmonster.ca with your order number and a short note about what didn’t work. We’ll review your request and process your refund within 10 business days if eligible.

Please note: Your bank or credit card provider may take a little extra time to post the refund. If it’s been more than 15 business days since your return was approved and you haven’t seen your refund, reach out to us at hello@wellnessmonster.ca.

    Why We Don’t Accept Physical Returns

    At Wellness Monster, your family’s health and safety are our top priority. Because our snacks are food products, we can’t accept physical returns or exchanges—even if unopened due to strict food safety and handling regulations.

    That said, we’re always here to help if something isn’t right. If you’re not satisfied with your order or have a concern about the quality, you can submit a request via our contact us page or e-mail us directly at hello@wellnessmonster.ca.

    Damaged or Wrong Order?

    If your snacks arrive looking less-than-perfect (damaged, defective, or incorrect), please email us right away so we can make it right. Snap a photo and send it to hello@wellnessmonster.ca — we’ll sort it out fast.
