Shipping policy

At Wellness Monster, we do our best to get your goodies to you as quickly (and smoothly) as possible. Here's everything you need to know about how we ship:

Shipping Details

  • For orders under $50, standard shipping rates are calculated at check-out based on your location
  • We offer free shipping on orders over $50
  • Most orders arrive within 7–10 business days. Please note: Shipping times may vary due to weather, carrier delays, or holidays, and are not guaranteed — but we’ll always do our best to get your snacks moving!
  • We ship across Canada (We currently do not offer shipping to the US or Internationally)

Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking info.
Need updates? Use your tracking link to follow your order directly through the carrier’s website.

If you don’t see your tracking email, check your spam or promotions folder — or reach out to us at hello@wellnessmonster.ca and we’ll help track it down.

Damaged or Wrong Order?

If your snacks arrive looking less-than-perfect (damaged, defective, or incorrect), please email us right away so we can make it right. Snap a photo and send it to hello@wellnessmonster.ca — we’ll sort it out fast.
